hostway support let down

Here is a video from hostway by a disenchanted customer, hmmm ,, wonder why because you dont get the full terms of service untill its to late.You do not have control of A or C name servers after purchasing your domain name thrue them. It will take MANY email and threat to their support gang to get things done. Even if you buy site hosting from them they try to control, your dns, they have poor support, and it isnt until, unless you purchase hosting from them that you are ablie to view the full tos. Sorry hostway Im all set with your service... thanks any way
